Win the Day Racing intends to offer a variety of thoroughbred racehorses to syndicate, both established racehorses purchased privately and horses purchased at public auction.

Of course!  With any horse we invest in, the goal of Win the Day Racing is for its racing partners to experience the thrill of ownership and to also cash checks from winning races and/or selling the horse at the end of its racing career.

For nearly all of the horses offered by Win the Day Racing, the expenses of operating the partnership and for caring for the horse are already accounted for in the purchase price paid by owners.  In other words, once you purchase an ownership interest in the horse, you will have no ongoing obligation to pay anything further - you will hopefully only receive checks from purses as opposed to issuing checks.  In the event that the horse does not race for a specified period of time referenced in the ownership documents, owners are entitled to a rebate.

Purses are paid within 30 days of receipt of funds from a racetrack. Within 30 days, owners of a winning horse receive a package containing a disbursement check and winners’ circle photographs. 

You own part of a horse! You will get to follow its progress, with updates about how your horse is going.  On race days, every effort will be made to provide you with free seating to watch the races and in some races you will be provided paddock access before the race.  You will also be entitled to a proportionate share of any prize money and sale proceeds from your horse.
